Adriana Muñoz
President
Adriana is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in Services and Medtech. Currently Adriana is the Managing Partner at Pilar Capital LLC, a Search Fund seeking to acquire and operate a privately held healthcare services company. She is also an Advisor to privately held organizations and an investor in various funds that support underrepresented founders.
Adriana holds a B.S. from Loyola University, a MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and most recently completed an Advanced Finance Program at The Wharton School in 2022.
Steven Berry
Vice President
Steven is a highly accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in various sectors such as Healthcare, Pharmacy, Behavioral, and Home Health. His has a proven track record of leading complex multistate operations to sustained growth, stability, and financial health through startup, change management, strategic planning, M&A, and organic initiatives.
Currently, Steven serves as a Board Director at Dioun Health. In his most recent role, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Director at WestBridge. Prior to that, he held executive and leadership roles at Walgreens Home Infusion, ChemRx, PharMerica, FSQ Pharmacy Services, Five Star Quality Care, Beth Israel, and Deaconess Medical Center, CareGroup, Horizon/CMS, and Greenery Rehab Group.
Jeff Beals
VP of Membership
Jeff’s leadership experience spans privately held, public, and private equity managed SaaS companies. He has held executive level roles in Customer Operations, Professional Services, and General Management. His leadership focus is both on revenue growth and strategic transformation.
Jeff holds a B.A in Political Science and is a graduate of Wharton’s AMP 84 cohort.
Trish Skoglund
Treasurer
Trish spent 15 years in oil oil and gas operations before she transitioned into an M&A/ Corporate Development role. She has completed three divestitures, two acquisitions, nine CVC investments, and two personal angel investments.
She has a B.A. from Portland State University, an MBA from University of Portland, and graduated from Wharton’s AFP program in 2023.

Deepak Rana has over two decades of management consulting expertise, delivering multimillion-dollar business transformations across 10+ industries for 20+ clients.
His leadership spans M&A, ERP implementations, vendor selection, Target Operating Model development, and pioneering AI-driven solutions, ensuring value realization from strategy to execution.
Peter Bartek
President Emeritus
A graduate of Wharton Business School, Peter’s innovative, entrepreneurial spirit has led to an astounding 37 patents in the transportation and sports technology sectors. In his illustrious career, Bartek has founded, and later sold, two multi-million dollar companies in the rail and transportation sector, with one being acquired by a Fortune 500 company in 2015, and the other being sold in March 2022.
He now operates PBI Inc., another revolutionary startup in the rail and transportation industries.
